Tiwi Islands
Heading north from Darwin we have the fantastic, cultural Tiwi Islands incorporating Melville Island and Bathurst Island, including the scenic Aspley Straight seperating the islands.
Touring around each of the islands, fishing the outer reefs and shoals for the sporting pelagic species as mackeral, queen fish, tuna, barracuda, Giant Trevaley - or sweet tasting reef fish as coral trout, snapper, jewfish... or heading in through the inland river systems for the famous barramundi.
Maningrida & Beyond
Heading east from Darwin we have the spectacular Coburg Peninsula with a fantastic range of sporting species and delicous reef fish, anchoring in the bay in the evening for the brillant sunsets that the Northern Territory offers.
Fish around the outer islands of Croker Islands, heading onwards to Golburn Island and King River Island, seeking that famous barramundi once again.
Continue onto Goomadere River and through to Maningrida and beyond.
The Northern Territory coast line offers not only a great range of fishing, there are some spectacular isolated coastline offering the photographer a wide variety of scenic views.
Perron Islands
Head west from Darwin past Dundee, dropping in on the Dundee reefs and shoals including a quick visit to a famous local jewfish hole along the way and a troll through "Sail City" well known for sail fish!
On a bit further the Yarramundi takes you through to Anderson Bay, the mouth of the Daly River where the Humbug can take you inland to some secluded tidal gutters looking for Barramundi.
Anchoring between Cape Ford and Cape Scott, you have fantastic access to fish the reefs and shoals for reef fish, or chase some sporting species again.
East Kimberly Region
For that extended charter, why not fish past the Moyle River and then on to test the waters in the East Kimberly Region! Fishing the Ord River, the Berkley River, the King George River and then Napier Broome Bay!
